Unfortunately you’re unable to make changes to your online order once it’s been processed.

You should ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. You can update your address during checkout, or in the “my account” section of the site.

Deliveries should arrive within 3 to 5 working days. Our postage partners often require a signature on delivery. We provide tracking information in the orders tab within the “my account” section of our site. 

Due to a change in PayPal’s terms and conditions, they now prohibit transactions for all types of tobacco products, including e-cigarettes, e-liquids and other vape related products. 

Online transactions have always been regarded as higher risk than face-to-face transactions. Couple this with retailing in a high-risk industry, with additional layers or legislation. As such payment processors charge much higher fees.

While we can currently accept credit/debit card payments, we would ask customers to use bank transfer where possible. This reduces our costs, meaning we can continue to offer low prices. 

Unfortunately not. Our gift vouchers can only be used in store.

We offer a 30 day return policy on faulty goods. You should contact us as soon as possible to report the fault. Please refer to our returns policy.

No. E-Liquids are classed as perishable goods, and therefore can’t be exchanged. 

Yes. But you will need to bring proof of purchase. A screen shot of your bank/card statement is not proof. We recommend you print your order confirmation email before you visit.
